To support and develop these activities, DONG E&P DK is seeking two Quality Managers with experience within the oil and gas offshore industry. Dong offers two exciting jobs in DONG E&P DK based at their headquarters in Nærum, north of Copenhagen, working as part of a dedicated team to further develop the Quality Risk activities within DONG E&P DK.
Participate as an active contributor in the CVP, Quality and Risk area
Establish and maintain a complete, but rationale, Quality Management System in cooperation with the line organisation
Plan and perform quality audits towards the Project Teams and its contractors
Ensure that all Project functions establish management systems which ensure that requirements, such as relevant
Acts and Regulations, are addressed in a sufficient manner
Active follow-up of performed audits and related corrective action requests
Risk Management as a “bottom up” and “top down” management tool for prioritising of work
Ensure that Risk Management is used as a management tool in projects and facilitate risk assessments as required
an experienced Quality professional with a strong quality background, together with proven field experience within Quality and Risk as disciplines
University degree/Master of science or equivalent. Minimum ten years experience as a Quality Manager/Supervisor
Longer relevant experience may compensate for less formal education. The experience should preferably be from employment with an oil company acting as an Operator or from a major fabrication/installation contractor
Good knowledge of ISO 9001 regulations and lead auditor training desirable.

You must be able to write and speak English fluently, and have the ability to communicate on all levels within the organisation.
Travel is expected to amount to 20-40 days on an annual basis.
